An Open Letter to New Chief Minister of Karnataka Hon'ble Sri Jagadish Shetter

I’m an ordinary common man of Karnataka State. I would like to congratulate you for having become new Chief Minister of Our State.

I, being a social worker and advocate, have seen the Department of Pre University Education since 2003. For the first time I have witnessed such an intelligent IAS Officer after Sri B A Harish Gowda. I request your good self not to listen the lobby of transfer of Smt Rashmi V, Commissioner Department of Pre University Education Bangalore. She has brought New Era in the Department of Pre University Education.

Once again I request the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Karnataka not to Change/Transfer the present Commissioner of Pre University Education Department (Smt Rashmi.V.IAS) for the following reasons:

1. She is most efficient IAS Officer in Karnataka
2. She is non-Corrupt officer
3. She is Transparent
4. She is Pro-Active
5. She is Student friendly
6. She brought positive changes in the Pre University Administration
7. She made CET in the top position in India
8. She is named for speedy disposal of files
9. She is rule minded
10. She never yields for fear or favour…..Etc

Thus she is really working for the Government………

Hope you will not yield for the lobby of small people in Transferring the Commissioner of Pre University Education.

This is an appeal of a common man of Karnataka State in public interest….
