Dear Madam,

This is in continuation of the illegalities committed by one of your official Sri. Kempathimmaiah, Superintendent, who sent the proposal of Mr Shivagangappa, Principal of Udayabharathi PU Collge, Tiptur for fixation of pension and other retirement benefits.

I had filed a complaint in 2007 alleging that Sri Shivagangappa had drawn Government salary as an aided employee of Godanakatte High School, Tiptur and aided employee of Udayabharathi PU Collge Tiptur, (with Notional increment) during 1981-1985. When the complaint was lodged Mr. Kempathimmaiah was the Superintendent at DD Office Tumkur. He had taken bribe from Sri Shivagangappa and suppressed my complaint.

But later point of time on another complaint of mine in 2009 to the Government, inquiry was held and it found that Sri Shivagangappa is guilty of misusing the government money. thereafter DD office sent a letter to the director, PU Education, Bangalore.
But till now no action has been taken.

Herein I have posted the letter sent by DD Tumkur.

I request your good self to take action in this regard. In my next post I'll be posting the complaint copy and a document indicating Sri Kempathimmaiah was the Superintendent at DD office and he deliberately did not put up my complaint.
