This is a letter in the interest of General Public requesting you to stop the Finalization of DPC for the post of Section Officers in the Department of Pre University Education.
there are some relevant factors which one need to know:
1. there are only 46 granted Superintendent posts in the Department of Pre university Education.(Including transferred, redeployed, etc posts)
2. But for the surprise, there are 53 Superintendents were working in the Department of Pre university Education. 46 granted posts= 53 working staff - Magic in the department.
3.DPC was made on most illogical and illegal grounds.
4. Without amending the C & R Rules, the DPC was made, which is most unconstitutional
5. Many employees seniority was overlooked while considering promotion, and juniors were given promotions.
Most importantly, when Earlier head of the department kept the file for last 8 months, in order to obtain the correct, eligible candidates list, the officers misguided the new departmental head to sign the same.
This Illegality, irregularity in Giving Promotion for the Post of Superintendents & Section Officer in the Department of Pre University Education warrants interference of the Court, and needs to be reconsidered by the Director again.
